mi 5 unlocking failed

this set connect well but error when unlock process and not get full information
bellow the log file
1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

Wait for phone...

i have a720 b:3 i cant root the device
i root wihe cf auto root -
device restart on samsung logo
i downgrade to android 6/7 but problem not solved
