Redmi 6 Cereus soft brick

Аfter flashing with recovery perpetual reboot bootloader locked I can not flash it through fastboot and sp flashtool :(:(:(:(
logo error is (The system has been destroyed )

Hisense U971 00000000

I tried to repair imei for this phone but always I m able to repair only second imei . First imei always remains 00000000. I tried 3 times but same . Now please advise me to do something .
