Motorola Qualcomm BUG

Hello, these models have problem for unlock / repair

- I downgraded NON-HLOS.bin, but same error.
- I open bootloader, downgrade firmware to lowest version, but same error.
- I tried erase MODEMST1, MODEMST2, retry process and same error.

I try with other tool (I will not name it) and process done.

Please, you can analize source code for this process?, i repeat, other tool repair and unlock correctly with modem downgraded, but NCK allways say "done" but imei don't repair. I try with all qcomm methods.
