Help needed. SM-G361F Security damaged..

I have rooted the phone with the firmware provided by octoplus file downloader.
Problem is HW modem unknown and No IMEI.
When i try to repair IMEI, i get :

If i try to write efs, it wants another file, but there is only .tar on file server.

ANy suggestions ?
