Whats Happen to HDE? not read info itc..

Please what happen to HDE?

I try of read info but this is answer of tool:

All port are right as always...no error in manufacture mode, from my side is all ok.

Also if try to read "Bootloader code" in supported device like VNS-L31/AL00 say failed.

Can ceck where's the problem please?
