ZTE z981 FRP NOT WORKING

Pls can someone help with zte 981 Frp even after download and install both driver in software help have tried all possible means download both driver installed manually pointed to drivers folders and and even pointed to driver on window android driver nothing seems to work..
And octopus support looks too pumpous to help with there product over 6 day nobody can help even while on skype no answer.
