LS992 Repair network failed!

Hi and a very pleasant day! I have with me a Sprint LG G5 LS992 that was unlocked with Octoplus Box. However, I am not getting data. Data is turned on, but will not display connectivity or receive data. I am trying to do a "repair network" but it comes down to where it says "follow instruction on screen to complete" Whereas; The instruction the box is telling me to do, I am not see them in the phone's hidden menu. I have searched all pf the device's hidden menu and still didn't see the setting the box is telling me to enter. Please help!
