lg p880 imei

When i try to repair imei of LG P880 not connect.
I follow the instruction with cable and port setting but never connect.
What i can do to fix this?

1. Power off device. Press and hold 'VOL DOWN' button
2. Insert USB cable, hold button until device will be found!
