Crytical error! 24#

Hi, i'm getting "Crytical error! 24#" when i try flashing the MF110 using the mkey v8.4.3 that i just downloaded... I was using before the v8.3.6 and was able to flashing successfully.

and now when I try to open the old version(v8.3.6), it shows an error saying that the dongle was not found.
